Could CityAirbus be the future of Airbus?
Updated: Sep 25, 2020
CityAirbus, the urban shuttle by Airbus, had its first public demo flight at the end of July in Germany. It would be a major shift in business, from the giant 4-jet engines A380 to a small 4-propeller electrical metropolitan shuttles. Will this become a major line of business for the European manufacturer? A way to make up for uncertain times in the aerospace business? Is this a gadget for Airbus or one of these turning points in the history of the company when you could be doomed if you miss the next market trend, like Kodak did.
